This Urban Decay Heat Palette

First off, I’ve never really been big on wearing eyeshadow, but these colors were too beautiful to pass up. Since I am tan, I feel that warmer colors look great on my skin complexion + this palette includes warm browns + rich red’s that blend beautifully together. My two favorite colors to wear together are ‘lumbre’ (on my eyelid) + ‘he devil’ (on my crease). I lightly brush ‘ounce’ under my eyebrow. It’s the perfect palette for fall!

Beauty Blender 

These beauty blenders should be in every girl’s makeup bag. I use this beauty blender for everything! I wet it, (lightly) damp dry it with a towel, + apply my primer, foundation, + concealer with it. I especially love it for the concealer I use since it’s a bit on the dewier side. I love that it doesn’t leave streaks–sometimes when I use a brush, I don’t notice a flawless finish.

Becca Highlighter

If you’re looking for a lightweight highlighter, this is the one for you. I have this in ‘Opal’ + love the light shimmer it leaves on my skin. The perfect glow for everyday wear!  I’m getting this one next (champagne pop). I lightly brush it over my cheekbones with a fan brush. This brush is also great for the Laura Mercier setting powder.

MAC Lippie

I stopped by at the MAC store at the airport in Athens this summer while waiting for our connecting flight because I had left my lipstick in Austin. I told the lady working there that I wanted a natural pop of pink + she had me try on this lipstick in the color ‘faux.’ As soon as I put it on, I knew it was the one, my go-to for any look. I wear it with this lip liner in the color ‘in control.’ I’m grabbing this MAC duo in ‘Mehr/Soar’ soon! It’s currently on sale for $29. Isn’t this color so pretty?

Becca Primer 

I love, love, love this lightweight illuminating primer. I don’t like looking too ‘overdone’ + this primer adds the right amount of ‘glow’ underneath my foundation. I don’t need to even add a highlighter for days on-the-go.

Kevyn Aucoin Concealer 

So this concealer is a little on the pricier side, but I promise it’s worth it. I wear this concealer in color #8 just to give you an idea of the color you might need. Again, I’m tan + like for my undereye’s to pop, so I buy my concealer’s in a lighter shade. It’s a small jar, but a little goes a long way. I barely dab my finger in it + apply it to my undereye’s–it’ll last you for at least 6-8 months. I then use my beauty blender to finish blending it in for a clean, smooth finish.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer

THIS right here my holy grail! It’s what I’ve used for the past 5 years + don’t plan on stopping. This lightweight tinted moisturizer is the way to go for any day of the week! It’s lightweight, moisturizing + leaves your face feelin’ like you don’t have anything on. Who doesn’t like that? If you’re like me, a light natural makeup look is the way to go. If I’m wearing anything, at all, throughout the week, it’s usually just this + mascara. It also comes with SPF to help protect your skin. I promise you’ll love this tinted moisturizer that is great for ALL skin types! Let me know if you’re also a fan 🙂

Sigma Brushes

I recently bought this brush set during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for $45 (a $56 value), + love it! These brushes are magical, soft, and good quality–seriously, they blend seamlessly. Perfect for the Naked palette above. This set is also great because it comes with a kabuki brush + is on sale for $50 ($73 value).

Dior Mascara 

This mascara right here is amazing! I always get asked if my lashes are real,+ my answer is always, ‘Yes! It’s my mascara :)’ This mascara makes your lashes long, thick, + voluminous. It also doesn’t break nor smear. I live by this mascara + this one. You can’t go wrong with either one. What are your favorite mascaras? I’m always on the hunt for the good ones.

Liquid Eye Liner

Okay, I’ve been using this eyeliner for several years now + love it. It definitely stays on like a tattoo + is great for all-day wear. Kat Von D carries these awesome liquid eyeliners in a variety of colors–I have the brown one, too.
