Hi! I’m Ivana Hicks. Lover of Jesus. Wife to Jordan. Mama to two sweet boys, Ayven and Lukah. And, dog mama to Precious, Napoleon, and Blue—our 8 year old morkies. Currently living in Arizona while calling Austin home.
I was born and raised in Austin, Texas where I met my, then college sweetheart, husband at UT Austin—Hook’em! After graduating from college, my husband pursued his dream and entered the NFL. Shortly after his rookie season, he proposed and I made the big move to Philadelphia where he played for 4 years. During our time in Philly we truly fell in love with Jesus, got married, had our first baby, Ayven, and got pregnant, again, with Lukah. (our boys are only 13 months apart.)
As many of you know, this life is quite…well, eventful. My husband’s career has now led our family to Arizona, where we spend half of our time and the other half back home in Austin during the off-season. While I love nothing more than supporting my husband’s dreams and being a mama, my heart is being pulled to do more of what I love during this season of life.
Ivana Karyhn (ee-vah-nah : kuh-reen) is a space where you can follow my journey, my growth, and my heart. I know that Jesus has called me to serve and love, and I pray that you find a bit of encouragement here as I open up my life to you.
